May 18, 2007: Biomass Low Carbon Energy Engineering & Research Centre JiangSu was founded. Leadership of Nanjing government as well as Nanjing University attended the founding ceremony.

In December 2007: The landfill gas collection, purification and utilization technology was awarded the National Golden Bridge Prize .

In December 2008 The Science and Technique Development Prize of Jaingsu Province.
